Directions: This scrub can be used head to toe! Use scrub once a day in shower.Take a nickel size for each area add a small amount of water gently scrub for 1 minute then rinse. Not suggested for breakout prone facial skin. If using product after hair removal apply 10% oxygen+sunflower elixer or Ingrown Smooth Balm after scrubbing.
